Return and Refund Policy
At Goddess Imports Marketplace, our mission is to provide you with visionary products that elevate your space and inspire your daily life. We understand that sometimes an item may not perfectly align with your vision. To ensure a seamless experience, we have established the following policy for returns and refunds.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. Items showing signs of wear or use (such as worn shoes or washed clothing) are not eligible for return. Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or their custom nature, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized/engraved items)
- Personal care goods (such as soaps and beauty products)
- Cosmetics and beauty products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Personal items such as underwear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Jewelry (under specific conditions)
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. In most cases, this is completed within 10 business days.
Shipping (returns)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Right to refuse returns
Goddess Imports Marketplace reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy (including, without limitation, items showing signs of use, items missing tags and/or original packaging, or items that are damaged due to customer handling).
If a return is rejected, the item will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense. If the customer does not pay the return shipping within 14 days of being notified, Goddess Imports Marketplace may dispose of the item.
