1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In periods of high demand or during seasonal launches, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via the email address provided at checkout.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We strive to provide a transparent and easy-to-understand shipping structure for all customers:

  • Flat Rate Shipping (Orders under $150): A $9.95 USD flat shipping fee applies to orders with a subtotal under $150.00 USD (before taxes and after discounts, unless otherwise stated at checkout).
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $150): We are happy to offer free standard shipping on orders over $150.00 USD (excluding taxes and discounts).

Shipping and delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary based on destination, weather, carrier delays, and other factors outside our control. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, containing your tracking number(s) (when available). The tracking information will typically become active within 24 to 48 hours of shipment.

4. Domestic and International Shipping

Domestic Shipping (USA)

Goddess Imports Marketplace currently ships to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

For international inquiries, please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Goddess Imports Marketplace is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Goddess Imports Marketplace is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages and Lost Packages

Goddess Imports Marketplace is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We recommend taking photographs of the damaged items and packaging to assist in the claims process with the carrier.

7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We encourage you to review your details carefully before finalizing your purchase. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the item.
